10:00 am snack: one apple.
1:00 pm lunch: 3 slices of bread (sprouted grains) with eggplant spread (baked eggplants with onion, salt and olive oil).
4:00 pm snack: 1 slice of watermelon and 2 mini croissants with chocolate.
5:30 pm dinner: 2 cups homemade popcorn.
